Working Days & Time • 5.5 days : 9am-6pm Working Location • Kulai Job Scope • At least a SPM or Diploma in Marketing/Advertising, Business or relayed fields. • Previous 1-2 year experience in live hosting/live moderator will be an added advantage. • Experience in E-Commerce Buyer and Seller Service is a plus. • Check user posts (text, images, video) to make sure they are following the rules. • Enforce platform rules, remove inappropriate content and identify and remove offensive speech and violent content) to ensure safety. • Use software for efficient content review. • Note trends for policy improvement. • Work with team to enhance audit strategy. • Filter low-quality content for a better user experience. • Learn new standards and tech updates through training. • Investigate user reports and take action. • Approach content from diverse backgrounds fairly. • Capable of fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Bahasa Malay and English. • Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred. • Strong analytical and research skills. • Ability to work a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus. • Capacity to resolve conflicts, address complaints, and handle user issues diplomatically. • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of platform/community guidelines and policies.
