Working Days & Time • 5.5 days : 9am-6pm Working Location • Eco Business Park 1 Job Scope • Degree in Accountancy. • Minimum above 5 years of related experience. • Timeliness, keeping records up to date, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Candidate with a growth mindset and eager to learn new skills sets. • Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently, and have initiative with a sense of urgency. • Possesses good interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different levels. Responsibility • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices. • Provide financial insights to senior management, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management. • Manage relationship with banks and other financial institutions, negotiating terms and feeds as needed. • Manage cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting cash balances, managing investments, and preparing cash flow projections. • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Manage the year-end audit process and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards. • Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations and roll out reconciliation procedures. • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
