Job Description

Mondays – Fridays (9am-6pm) 1. Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative function including but not limited to recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit 2. Assist in the process to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes in accordance with Company’s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 3. Ability to resolve matters arising within the Company pertaining to employees’ working affairs. 4. Ensure that all activities relating to the HR functions comply with legal requirements and relevant Employment Act. 5. Liaison with local authorities on employees’ related issues and various applications including manage new foreign workers application, renewal of foreign workers working permit and foreign workers FOMEMA. 6. To coordinate and organise training & development programmes, or employee relations activities of an organization. 7. Reviewing timesheets, allowances, and incentives at each pay period to ensure that hours, rates, and pay align for each employee. 8.Develop the training program and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs conducted by the company. 9. Prepare and monitor HR budget and costing report. 10. Build company profile, HR handbook & company organization chart. 11. Responsible renew company insurance and company licenses. 12. Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and employee welfare programs. 13. To prepare and issue relevant letters and memos 14. Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management Requirement - Bachelor's degree in human resources/business or a related field - At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Proficient with Microsoft Office - Industry - Food & Beverage / Catering / Restaurant - Knowledge of labour law and HR practices
