JOB DESCRIPTION : • Leading a team to ensure to fulfil the daily ordering • To ensure the oven & related machine run smoothly • To assist & follow the instruction of superior • Dough and bread baking schedule preparation • Ensure the requisition of raw material, utensil & other will run smoothly • Ensure all product in good quality & condition • Ensure to complete the production schedule on time • To control his quality products raw material ordering • To assist new product development for bread, bun, pastry and prepare all the recipes needed.
