Benefits • Annual Leave • Lunch Provided • Team Building • EPF • SOCSO Job Description • Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction • Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons • Waiter/Waitress duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays • Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe • Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures • Report to property on time and in proper uniform • Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver accurate food orders
