Job Description

Job Responsibilities: • Perform general clerical duties. • Assist to manage company business licensing renewal. • Assist to maintain proper filing systems. • Assist to purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities. • Assist in organizing staff activities i.e. Annual Dinner, seasonal celebration and etc. • Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD and Management from time to time. • To ensure allowances and reimbursement claim is verified on time and accurately.
