Job Description

Job Responsibilities: • Extract MC/ remittance data, updating schedule for all agent’s transactions and statement of account. • Assist the account supervisor in preparing the daily opening balance for sales inwards. • Preparing the import data for the purpose of posting into auto count system. • Assisting the account supervisor/manager to post the sales and purchase data into the auto count system. • Extract data and update into the worksheet on a daily basis. • Assist in verification data recorded in the system by comparing to the source document. • Assist the account department in areas other than the above mentioned as and when required.
