Return & Refund Policy

All fees paid to JawatanKosong.com, operated by Agensi Pekerjaan Peluang Sdn. Bhd., are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

Featured Employer packages
Homepage banner advertisements
Urgent Job advertisements
Subscription plans
Other recruitment-related services

If a recruitment advertisement has not yet been published due to incomplete information provided by the Employer, the purchased package shall remain valid according to the purchased package duration or any promotional validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Approved packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another vacancy under the same registered Employer account, subject to approval by JawatanKosong.com.

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable Malaysian law or where JawatanKosong.com is unable to provide the purchased service due to reasons solely attributable to JawatanKosong.com.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following.

A. Orders & Payment

Payment must be successfully received before any advertisement or recruitment service is activated.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the Website.

An invoice or payment confirmation will be issued upon successful payment.

B. Advertisement Publication

Advertisements will only be published after:

payment has been received;
required job information has been submitted;
content complies with our posting guidelines.

JawatanKosong.com reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove any advertisement that:

violates Malaysian law;
contains misleading or fraudulent information;
promotes discrimination or illegal activities;
infringes intellectual property rights;
damages the reputation or operation of the platform.

C. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for ensuring:

all recruitment information is accurate;
salary information is truthful;
they are legally authorised to recruit;
uploaded logos, trademarks, images and content belong to them or are properly licensed.

The Employer agrees to indemnify JawatanKosong.com against any claims arising from inaccurate, unlawful or infringing content.

D. Service Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, advertisements will normally be published after successful verification and approval.

Processing time may vary depending on:

completeness of submitted information;
payment verification;
manual review requirements;
weekends or public holidays.

E. Advertisement Duration

Advertisements remain active according to the purchased package.

JawatanKosong.com may archive expired advertisements.

Renewal is subject to the package terms available at the time of renewal.

F. Intellectual Property

The Employer retains ownership of its company name, trademarks and logos.

The Employer grants JawatanKosong.com a non-exclusive licence to display submitted content for:

recruitment advertising;
website display;
mobile applications;
social media promotion;
marketing materials relating to the advertised vacancy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this licence ends when the advertisement expires, except where archived copies are retained for legal, backup or administrative purposes.

G. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, JawatanKosong.com does not guarantee continuous availability.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by:

internet failures;
server outages;
cyber attacks;
force majeure;
maintenance;
third-party service providers.

H. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

the number of applicants;
interview rates;
hiring success;
employee performance;
suitability of candidates.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected service.

I. Communications

By registering an account, Employers agree to receive communications relating to:

account management;
invoices;
service updates;
security notices;
recruitment support;
promotional offers (with opt-out available).

J. Amendments

JawatanKosong.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication on the Website unless otherwise stated.
