The Website does not participate in recruitment, interviews, hiring decisions, or employment contracts between employers and job seekers.
All employment arrangements are strictly between the employer and the job seeker.


2. Advertiser Responsibilities
The Advertiser must ensure that all job advertisements:
Are truthful, accurate, and not misleading
Represent a real and genuine job opportunity
Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the job advertisement, including:
Job description
Salary information
Benefits
Requirements
Contact details
The Website shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or disputes arising from the advertisement.


3. Prohibited Job Advertisements
The following advertisements are strictly prohibited:
Illegal businesses or organizations
Loan shark / illegal moneylenders
Fraudulent job schemes
Pyramid schemes or illegal MLM
Gambling-related recruitment
Unauthorized financial services
Jobs that may endanger job seekers
Fake or fabricated job postings
The Website reserves the right to remove such advertisements immediately without notice or refund.

4. Anti-Scam and Job Seeker Protection
Employers are strictly prohibited from requesting or collecting any form of payment from job seekers, including but not limited to:
Application fees
Processing fees
Training fees
Deposits
Recruitment charges
Any employer found violating this rule may have their advertisement removed and account suspended without refund.

5. Advertisement Content
Advertisements must not contain:
Discriminatory language (gender, race, religion, age, disability)
Offensive or inappropriate wording
False or misleading salary information
Intellectual property violations
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted (text, images, logos, trademarks) do not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Advertisement Approval and Moderation

Review any advertisement
Approve or reject submissions
Edit formatting or content
Remove advertisements that violate policies
Advertisements may be removed at any time without prior notice if they are found to be inappropriate, suspicious, or non-compliant.

7. Advertisement Duration
Each advertisement will remain active according to the purchased package or promotion period.
Advertisements may be removed when:
The listing expires
The job position is filled
Complaints are received
The advertisement violates the Website’s policies
Fees paid for advertisements are strictly non-refundable.

8. Advertisement Modifications
Each job advertisement includes one (1) free modification only unless otherwise stated.
Additional modifications may require additional administrative review or fees.

9. Promotion Terms
From time to time, the Website may offer promotional packages or discounts.
For the 60-Day Job Advertisement Promotion, the following terms apply:
  1. The promotion applies to one (1) job advertisement for one (1) position only.
  2. Each advertisement will remain active for sixty (60) days from the date it goes live.
  3. After the 60-day period, the advertisement will automatically expire.
  4. Each promotional advertisement includes one (1) free modification only.
  5. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
  6. JawatanKosong.com reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.

10. Fees and Payments
Advertisers must pay the applicable fees before advertisements are published.

All payments are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
except where technical errors prevent the advertisement from being displayed.

11. Technical Service Disclaimer
While the Website aims to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
The Website shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by:
Server failures
Hosting provider issues
Telecommunications disruptions
Cyber incidents
System maintenance

12. Limitation of Liability

The Website is not responsible for:
Hiring decisions

14. Force Majeure
The Website shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Pandemics

Network disruptions

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
