Nothing on the Website creates any employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between JawatanKosong.com, Employers and Candidates.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
3. Job Advertisements
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of all job advertisements published on the Website.
JawatanKosong.com reserves the right to review, edit, reject, suspend or remove any advertisement or account that violates these Terms, applicable laws or may expose the Website to legal, operational or reputational risks.
4. Free Promotional Services
JawatanKosong.com may, at its sole discretion, provide complimentary promotional services, including but not limited to:
Homepage banners;
Featured job listings;
Recruitment graphics;
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or other social media sharing;
Email marketing; and
Other promotional activities.
Such complimentary promotional services are provided without any guarantee of impressions, clicks, applications, interviews or hiring results.
5. Intellectual Property
The Advertiser represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use all logos, trademarks, company names, images, videos, text and other materials submitted to the Website.
The Advertiser grants JawatanKosong.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, resize, edit, publish and use such materials solely for publishing, promoting and marketing the Advertiser's job advertisements and related recruitment activities through the Website and JawatanKosong.com's official marketing channels.
Ownership of all submitted intellectual property remains with the respective owner.
6. Indemnity
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agensi Pekerjaan Peluang Sdn. Bhd., JawatanKosong.com, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, legal costs and expenses arising from:
materials submitted by the Advertiser;
infringement of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
breach of these Terms; or
violation of any applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JawatanKosong.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:
the use of the Website;
any job advertisement;
any employment decision;
any interaction between Employers and Candidates; or
any interruption or unavailability of the Website.
JawatanKosong.com does not guarantee the identity, qualifications, honesty, financial standing or conduct of any Employer or Candidate.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any employment relationship.
8. Fraudulent or Misleading Advertisements
Fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or unlawful job advertisements are strictly prohibited.
JawatanKosong.com reserves the right to investigate, reject, suspend or remove any advertisement or account that is reasonably believed to be false, misleading, fraudulent or in breach of applicable laws.
Where required, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities.
9. Suspension or Termination
JawatanKosong.com may suspend, restrict or terminate any account, advertisement or content at any time where these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the Website, its users or its business.

By uploading or providing any company logo, trademark, business name, photographs, or other branding materials, the Advertiser represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.
The Advertiser grants JawatanKosong.com (Agensi Pekerjaan Peluang Sdn. Bhd.) a non-exclusive, royalty-free authorization to use, reproduce, modify, resize, combine with original artwork (including MR JOB™, MS JOB™ and other proprietary mascots), publish, and distribute such materials solely for the purpose of creating, displaying, and promoting recruitment advertisements on:

WhatsApp
Marketing materials
Other recruitment-related platforms operated by JawatanKosong.com.
This authorization does not transfer ownership of the Advertiser's intellectual property to JawatanKosong.com.
18. Intellectual Property
All MR JOB™, MS JOB™, mascot characters, illustrations, artwork, templates, graphic designs, and recruitment creatives created by JawatanKosong.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Agensi Pekerjaan Peluang Sdn. Bhd.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Advertisers are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the final recruitment advertisement solely for recruitment purposes.
Advertisers shall not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, extract, or use MR JOB™, MS JOB™, or any original artwork independently without prior written consent.
