To ensure that all advertisements comply with relevant regulations and provide a safe and efficient platform for recruiters and job seekers, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before posting an advertisement.

1. Responsibility for Advertisement Posting

  • The company or individual posting the job advertisement (hereinafter referred to as "the Advertiser") must ensure that all information is truthful, accurate, and does not contain any misleading, false, or fraudulent content.
  • The Advertiser is fully responsible for the legality and compliance of the content in the posted job advertisement, including but not limited to the job description, salary, benefits, job requirements, and other relevant information.


2. Content Regulations

  • Job advertisements must not contain any information that violates laws, regulations, or moral standards.
  • Advertisements must not contain discriminatory, unfair, or offensive language, including but not limited to gender, race, religion, age, or disability.
  • The posted job must be a real position, and no fictitious or fabricated job information is allowed.


3. Prohibited Actions

  • Fraudulent or improper solicitation job information is strictly prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to post any job that may cause harm, threats, or insecurity to job seekers.
  • Advertisements involving pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, exploitative jobs, or illegal recruitment are not allowed.


4. Advertisement Posting Duration

The validity period of each advertisement is determined according to the Website's policy. Advertisements will not automatically expire; the Advertiser must notify us to manually take down or extend the posting period. For specific details, please refer to the instructions during ad posting or contact our customer service team.


5. Advertisement Review

  • The Website reserves the right to review all job advertisements. Any advertisement that does not comply with the Website's policies will be rejected or removed at any time.
  • The Website reserves the right to modify or remove inappropriate advertisements without prior notice.


6. Data Protection and Privacy

  • The Advertiser must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or other relevant privacy laws. Any personal information collected through the advertisement can only be used for recruitment purposes and must not be used for other purposes without explicit consent.

7. Advertisement Fees and Refund Policy

  • According to the Website's policy, the Advertiser must pay the appropriate advertisement posting fee. Once an advertisement is posted, the fee is non-refundable unless a technical issue on the Website prevents the ad from being displayed.


8. Disclaimer

  • The Website only provides a platform for posting advertisements and is not responsible for the actions of Advertisers or job seekers. Any disputes between Advertisers and job seekers should be resolved independently, and the Website bears no liability.


9. Right to Modify

  • The Website reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will automatically apply to new ad postings.


10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the current laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Any modifications will take effect immediately and apply to new advertisements and renewals of existing advertisements. Advertisers are responsible for regularly reviewing and adhering to the latest terms and conditions.
