Working Location • Kuala Lumpur, TRX Requirement: • With Experienced or Non Experienced 有无经验皆可 • Ability to speak Chinese and basic English or Malay Responsibility: • Greet and escort customers to their tables. • Provide excellent customer service to guests, always strive towards best customer satisfaction. • Maintained the cleanliness of the restaurant. • Arrange table settings and keep tables clean and tidy at all times. • Taking orders from customer with the provided Ipad ordering system. • To check in guest orders have been served accordingly to the food preparation timing. • Complete other tasks assigned by superior or restaurant manager. • Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant • Maintain a good image in benefiting the company's reputation.
