Job Description
Working Location • Taman Melodies • Management of food hygiene practices • Ability to work without close supervision • Knowledge and ability to run a section • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section • Managing and co-operating with any cook • Following directions provided by the head chef • Keeping your station of the kitchen safe and sanitary • Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required • Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station Requirements: 1. Possess own transport 2. Minimum 1 yr experience in CDP 3. Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities 4. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu can speak in Chinese will be added advantage.
