Working Company • The Portal Café Working Location: • Taman Melodies, JB Job Responsibilities: • Management of food hygiene practices • Ability to work without close supervision • Knowledge and ability to run a section • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section • Managing and co-operating with any cook • Following directions provided by the head chef • Keeping your station of the kitchen safe and sanitary • Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required • Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station Job Requirements: • Possess own transport • Minimum 1 yr experience in CDP • Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu can speak in Chinese will be added advantage.
