Working Location • Taman Melodies Responsibilities: • Greet customers promptly with a smile and escort them to their seats. • Provide excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction. • Perform opening duties such as setting up tables, stocking supplies, and preparing the area for service. • Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently. • Provide detailed information about the about the menu and make recommendations when needed. • Ensure the dining area is stocked with necessary items, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils. • Handle multiple front-of-the-house duties simultaneously. • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe the restaurant environment. • Collaborate effectively with other waitstaff, baristas, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation. Requirements: • Possess own transport • Minimum 1 year or above experiences in barista role • Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu can speak in Chinese will be added advantage. • Willing to work during weekends and Public Holidays.
