Working Company • The Portal Café Working Location • Taman Melodies, JB Job Responsibilities: • Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction • Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons • Waiter/Waitress duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays • Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe • Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures • Report to property on time and in proper uniform • Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver accurate food orders Job Requirements: • Possess own transport • Minimum 1 year or above experiences in barista role • Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu can speak in Chinese will be added advantage. • Willing working at Taman Melodies area.
