Working Days & Time • Monday to Saturday • 8:30am – 5:30pm • 8:30am – 1:00pm (Saturday) • Sunday & Public Holidays - Off Working Location • Indahpura, Kulai Requirements • Driving License • Able to converse in English/ Bahasa Malaysia fluently • Experience in automotive industries • Responsible/ Self-motivated and Discipline • Familiar with Microsoft Excel / SQL software Benefits • EPF/ SOCSO • Annual leaves • Childcare leaves • Monthly incentives and rebated • Company Bonus • Personal performance bonus • Training provided Job Scope • Attend to customers and prepare job order. • Trouble-shooting of Vehicle issue/ problems. • Conduct final inspection before handover. • Issue quotation upon requested. • Perform service task, including answering the phone and arranging service appointments and contacting customers for vehicles pick up. • Daily account billing and closure. • Manage workflow and schedule for service technician. • Warranty parts claim.
