Job Description
Responsibilities * Handle warranty claim enquiries through email * Process warranty claim case & submit for management approval * Follow up claim status & update customer * Prepare monthly warranty claim report * Assist in any ad-hoc task assigns by Management Requirements * Willing to learn, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and able to work independently. * Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraging to apply. Working experience in purchasing will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with claimants and team members. * Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
