Job description • Patient Preparation: Greet patients warmly, prepare them for surgery by explaining procedures, and ensure comfort throughout their visit. • Surgical Support: Assist the dentist during surgeries, including managing instruments, suction, and ensuring the sterilization of the operating area. • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols to ensure a sterile and safe surgery- environment. • Equipment Handling: Assist with setup and maintenance of dental equipment and prepare it for surgical use • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the dental team to optimize patient care and enhance clinical operations. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in dental surgery techniques and safety protocols • Instrument Management: Sterilize and organize all surgical instruments, ensure proper functionality and availability for procedures.
