Working Days & Time • 6 working days • 10am - 10pm Working Location • ST Rosyam Mall Jalan Kebun, Klang Requirements: • SPM or equivalent; Culinary certification is a plus. • 1 - 2 years’ experience in kitchen operation or food preparation roles. • Prior supervisory experience in Back-of-House (BOH) preferred. • Expertise in food hygiene, safety and preparation standards. • Ability to maintain consistency in food quality and portioning. • Adherence to kitchen hygiene, equipment maintenance and audit protocols. • Oversee kitchen.
