Position: Operation Manager (Full Time) Salary Range: RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 Working Days & Time: • 6 working days • 10:00am-12:00am Working Location: • ST Rosyam Mall Jalan Kebun, Klang Requirements: • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, or related field. • Minimum 6 years in F & B operations, with 3 years in F & B operational managerial role. • Strong leadership, team management, conflict resolution and training skills. • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin and Korean are added advantage. • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, P & L analysis and POS/ Inventory systems. • Knowledge of food hygiene certifications and Halal management; adaptable to high-pressure environment and flexible working hours.
