Salary Range: • Negotiable depend of job experience Benefits: • EPF, SOCSO & EIS • KPI Commission • Bonus • On-job training Job Description / Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations to any tyre-related questions and inquiries, providing estimates, and ensuring a positive service experience. • Ensuring efficient workflow of the shop, ensuring timely completion of car vehicles services, repairs, and maintenance job. • Inspect vehicles tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation. • Perform tyre repairs, including patching and plugging or replace worn or damaged tyres with new ones. • Balancing and alignment tyres to ensures smooth vehicle operation. • Ensure all tyres meet safety standards and regulations. • Address customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. • Keep the work area clean and organized. Job Requirements: • Valid driving license. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Tyreman or similar role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communications and customer service skills. • Strong knowledge of different types of tyres and their specific requirements.• Ability to operate tyre repair tools and equipment.
