Working Location: • Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam Job Overview: The Amperage Representative supports the Sales & Marketing team by managing customer communications, assisting sales activities, and actively engaging audiences through social media platforms. This role requires a confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset, social media savvy, and a result-driven attitude to help grow Amperage’s brand and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Support: • Provide daily support to the Sales & Marketing team in lead management and follow-ups. • Contact and follow up with potential customers from digital campaigns and enquiries. • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation. • Coordinate appointments, site visits, and customer meetings. Customer Support & Engagement: • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. • Ensure professional and timely responses to all customer interactions. • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering clear and accurate information. • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Social Media & Digital Engagement: • Actively manage and engage on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms. • Respond to comments, messages, and leads generated from social media campaigns. • Assist in posting content such as promotions, announcements, project updates, and short videos. • Support basic content creation including captions, short videos, and simple edits (training provided). • Monitor social media engagement and report basic insights to the marketing team. Administrative & Reporting • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups. • Update CRM or internal systems with sales and marketing data. • Assist in preparing weekly or monthly performance reports. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service, or related field. • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, sales support, marketing, or social media-related roles. • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Skills & Personality Traits • Comfortable and confident using TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Pleasant, presentable, and professional personality. • Result-oriented, high achiever, and motivated to meet targets. • Proactive, organised, and able to multitask. • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Attributes • Experience handling business or brand social media accounts. • Basic knowledge of social media trends, reels, TikTok videos, and audience engagement. • Familiarity with CRM systems or digital marketing tools. • Interest in renewable energy, solar PV, or sustainability industry (training provided).
