Job Description

Working Location: • Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam Job Scope: As a Customer Support Executive at Amperage Sdn Bhd, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring a seamless experience with our solar PV systems. Your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an efficient resolution process. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner. • Provide technical and non-technical support related to grid-connected solar PV systems and Huawei inverters. • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for basic solar PV system issues. • Assist customers in monitoring their solar system performance via the Huawei app. • Ensure customer service tickets are documented, tracked, and resolved efficiently. • Coordinate with technical teams for on-site support if required. • Educate customers on system maintenance, Wi-Fi connectivity for monitoring, and energy-saving tips. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvements. • Support the sales and operations teams in addressing customer concerns. Job Requirements: • Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Customer Service, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and inverters is preferred but not required (training will be provided). • Soft Skills: o Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage). o Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. o Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts professionally. o Team player with a proactive attitude. • Others: o Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing platforms is an added advantage. o Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. o Malaysian citizens or PR holders only.
