About Us: We are an established logistics company with a strong presence across Malaysia, operating offices in both West and East Malaysia. To further strengthen our cross-border capabilities, we also maintain a dedicated warehouse office in China. As a company with a Customs Approved Permit for major Malaysian ports, we provide seamless and compliant clearance solutions to our clients. The Role: We are looking for a hands-on professional at the Manager or Senior Executive level to drive business development. This role is for a market mover-someone who thrives on building relationships, leveraging existing networks, and bringing in new business and orders. Academic qualifications are not the priority; proven, practical experience is what matters. Roles & Key Responsibilities: • Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for new clients and generate immediate orders and long-term contracts. • Market Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the Malaysian logistics landscape to identify opportunities and navigate local market requirements. • China Corridor Development: Act as the key liaison leveraging your familiarity with the China logistics and forwarding industry to manage and grow the trade lane between China and Malaysia. • Strategic Networking: Tap into existing relationships with key decision-makers, shippers, and consignees to expand the company's market share. • Service Integration: Work closely with operations to offer end-to-end solutions, utilizing our warehouse in China and our Customs Approved Permit for efficient port clearance in Malaysia. Who You Are: • Experienced: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Logistics and Forwarding industry. • A Hunter: Proven track record of bringing in new business, not just managing existing accounts. • Well-Connected: Well-known in the Malaysian market and highly familiar with the China freight forwarding industry. • Hands-On: Academic qualifications are secondary to practical, proven experience. You are someone who gets results on the ground. • Locally Knowledgeable: Understands the unique logistics dynamics of both West and East Malaysia.
