Key Responsibilities 1. Handle recruitment and onboarding of local and foreign factory workers 2. Manage foreign worker permits, renewals, levies, Fomema, and compliance 3. Oversee foreign workers’s hostel/accommodation and related inspections 4. Coordinate medical check up, insurance, and workers’ welfare 5. Manage attendance, overtime, shift record and leave administration 6. Liaise with immigration, labor department, and other government agencies 7. Manage company vehicles and related documents 8. Control stationery and factory office supplies 9. Perform other HR and administrative duties as required in a manufacturing environment Requirements 1. Diploma or SPM 2. Familiar with Malaysia Labor laws and foreign worker regulations
