Daily Jobs • Responsible to open and close the roller shutter door every day. • Responsible to monitor the cleanliness of branch and display bikes. • Responsible to arrange the display bikes according to the brand and model. • Attend and provide good customer service for every walk-in customer. • Serve customers by promoting the latest promotion package and meeting customer needs. • For customers purchasing motorcycles by HP loan application, sales representatives are responsible to: 1. Collect all required documents for the loan application from customer. 2. Collect minimum deposit amount from customer and pass to admin to issue booking receipt for customer. 3. Key in the customer information in CTOS Application Decisioning (CAD) System. 4. Once the loan application approved and motorcycle stock is available, inform customer and collect full downpayment amount from customer after received the agreement from Finance Department. 5. For customer who purchase motorcycle by cash, sales representative is responsible to: 6. Collect required documents from customer and minimum deposit amount or full payment 7. settlement and pass to admin to do registration on MY Sikap system and issue invoice. 8. Make sure customer fill in CHJ Customer Profile form. • Before discharge motorcycle, sales representative is responsible to: 1. Check engine chassis number, purchase petrol, prepare plate number and arrange for Pre-Delivery Inspection (POI) with workshop. 2. Make sure all the documents including agreement are signed by customer. • Actively posting relevant advertisement on social media such as FB, Instagram and WhatsApp to attract more customers. • Collect the contact number from every potential walk-in customer in order to follow up. • Responsible to bank in the branch daily cash money into company account. • Responsible to do a daily follow up checklist if the individual sales target is not achieved. B. Weekly jobs • Follow up with the potential walk-in customers who came to survey motorcycle price. • Follow up the loan status or motorcycle status for customers. • Check the condition of new arrived motorcycles to ensure that there are no scratches on the motorcycle and come with correct engine chassis number. • Make sure the catalog in branch is arranged neatly and up to date. C. Monthly jobs • Follow up the motorcycle stock with Sales Manager. • Contact with the customer if the motorcycle stock not yet reached. • Order the basic needs such as plate number, plate board and others. • Make sure achieve both the monthly individual hire purchase sales target at 15 units and quarterly individual hire purchase sales target at 35 units. D.
