💰 Salary & Benefits • Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 7,000 per month (depending on experience). • Allowances: Transport and overtime (where applicable). • EPF, SOCSO, and medical coverage provided. • Career growth opportunities within YHK Eng. • PRS Retirement. • Birthday Special Day Off 📞 Job Description / Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations at the construction or project site. • Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project managers. • Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and safety regulations. • Monitor site progress and report updates to management. • Inspect work quality and address any issues that arise. • Manage site resources, including materials and equipment. • Resolve site-related problems and ensure smooth workflow. • Maintain site documentation, including reports and safety records. • Prepare daily site reports and update project managers on progress. • Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally. • Liaise with the main contractor to resolve site issues quickly and effectively. 🎓 Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in construction projects. • Willing to travel, able to work overtime, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • Honest, with integrity, self-initiated, and dynamic personality. • Effective communication skills, time management, and ability to multitask. • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (CAD drafting software). • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to manage manpower and resources effectively. • Knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations. • Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to business communication needs.
