Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for our construction projects. • Evaluate and negotiate tender submissions, contracts, and variations. • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide cost control strategies. • Prepare and submit progress claims, interim claims, and final claims in accordance with contract terms. • Handle claim documentation, including substantiation, correspondence, and follow-up with clients and consultants. • Conduct site valuations, verify completed work, and coordinate with site teams for accurate reporting. • Review and respond to contractual claims, including extension of time (EOT), loss and expense, and variation orders. • Conduct site valuations, progress claims, and final accounts. • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms. • Provide financial reports and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making. • Ensure adherence to industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in QS roles within engineering or construction sectors. • Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering procedures, and cost control techniques. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to business communication needs.
