Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities. • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Prepare daily site reports and progress updates. • Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues on site. • Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities. Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. • Able to read and interpret construction drawings. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage. • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites. • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently. • Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to business communication needs.
