Min. 1 year of F&B experience (Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply). 2. Proven experience in leading a team and overseeing daily store operations. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and store management skills. 4. Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 6. Willing to undergo an initial training period at our training center in Indonesia. Job Description 1. Manage end-to-end daily store operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures. 2. Oversee inventory management, monitor stock levels, and coordinate orders to ensure store profitability. 3. Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Store Crew, providing continuous training and performance oversight. 4. Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any customer inquiries or issues. 5. Maintain strict adherence to the company's operational standards, including food safety and hygiene protocols.
