Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to oversee the day-to-day Human Resources functions of our growing company. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in an SME environment and is capable of managing the full spectrum of HR operations while supporting the company's growth. Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Job Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role. • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and statutory requirements. • Experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). • Familiar with HRMS and Microsoft Office applications. • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. • Knowledge of HRD Corp training grant applications and claims will be an added advantage. • Experience in handling foreign worker matters (Immigration, FOMEMA, work permit renewals) is an advantage. • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Possess own transport and willing to travel to government departments and relevant authorities when required. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Operations • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions. • Maintain employee records, personal files, HRMS data, and HR documentation. • Administer employee leave, attendance, claims, and benefits. • Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records. • Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper HR documentation. Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage the full recruitment process including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. • Coordinate new employee orientation and induction programmers. • Liaise with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements. • Ensure employee records and HR systems are updated promptly upon onboarding. Employee Relations • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management. • Handle employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and grievance cases professionally. • Coordinate probation confirmation and annual performance appraisal exercises. • Support employee engagement activities and promote a positive working environment. Foreign Worker Administration • Coordinate work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and Immigration-related matters. • Arrange FOMEMA medical examinations and maintain foreign worker records. • Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and air ticket arrangements when required. Office Administration • Assist in overseeing general office administration and procurement of office supplies. • Liaise with government agencies and external service providers when required. • Support company compliance matters and perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
