Working Days & Hours • 9:00am – 6:00pm @ 6 days per weeks Working Location 📍 HQ - Bagan Ajam, Butterworth Gender • Open to Female candidates Salary • RM1,750 - RM1,900 + Monthly Incentive Benefits • Annual Increment • Bonus • Company trips Requirements • Minimum SPM qualification. • Basic knowledge of computers and common office applications. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented. • Able to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to assist with packing and other operational duties. • Experience with TikTok Live, online selling, or customer service is an advantage but not required. Roles & Responsibilities • Assist the live host during TikTok Live sessions. • Support packing, checking, and preparing customer orders for delivery. • Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and comments on TikTok. • Follow up on customer issues and ensure they are resolved promptly. • Assist with daily customer service and online sales operations. • Perform other tasks related to customer service and live-stream operations as assigned.
