ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time, on-site Junior Electrician role based in Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, Masai with 5 days working (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm). The Junior Electrician supports the maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility, including routine inspections, basic installations, and repairs. The role involves working closely with senior technicians and engineers, following established procedures, and complying with all safety and regulatory requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial setting and be willing to learn and develop their technical skills. Responsible for maintaining factory machineries and equipment’s checking, the male-dominated environment where only men are allowed and be secured. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment • Performing maintenance on factory machinery • Installation jobs and testing equipment • Assisting the Electrical Engineer/Electrical Supervisor with breakdown and preventive maintenance • Performing all electrical maintenance and notification works • Attending to all electrical and instrumentation breakdowns • Performing routine inspections and basic installations • Reporting safety or operational concerns ABOUT YOU • With foundational knowledge in electricity and basic electrical work in factory. • At least 1-year prior hands-on working experience as an electrician or electrical technician in Single and Three Phase Electrical Systems under supervision and authorization. • Skills in maintenance and repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. • Understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to industrial or factory environments. • Preferred able to read basic electrical diagrams and follow technical instructions. • Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical or related fields is preferred BENEFITS / STAFF WELFARE • Free Parking • Tea Break Daily • Medical Claim Monthly (T&C) • Personal Accident Insurance（T&C） • Opportunities for Career Promotion • Professional Development by Training • Yearly Bonus & Performance Incentives（T&C） • Company Trip (T&C)
