Working Location 📍HQ, Menara AIA Sentral, Level 18 Jalan Sultan Ismail 50250 KL Gender • Open to Male & Female candidates Salary • Based on qualifications and experience Requirements ▪ Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Photography or related field. ▪ Strong portfolio of short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and product photography required. ▪ Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar. ▪ Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting equipment and basic photography setup. ▪ Experience or interest in AI-assisted content creation tools and applications is an advantage. ▪ Familiar with social media platforms, content formats, trends and creator features, including sounds, effects and challenges. ▪ Good storytelling, visual composition and pacing skills, with strong awareness of social media trends. ▪ Good understanding of basic content performance metrics and audience engagement. ▪ Fluent in Malay and English; Kelantanese (Kelate) and Mandarin are a plus. ▪ Detail-oriented, creative and able to manage multiple content and photography tasks independently. ▪ Strong sense of time management and punctuality, with the ability to meet tight production schedules and deadlines. ▪ Immediate joiners preferred. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Content Production ▪ Produce and support fashion product content across video and photography formats for e-commerce, retail and social media channels, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing and publishing. ▪ Ensure consistent and timely content output aligned with campaign, platform and business goals. ▪ Execute content based on brand direction, platform trends and conversion-focused strategies 2. Content Testing, Optimisation & AI Implementation ▪ Support testing of different hooks, storytelling formats, product angles and content styles ▪ Monitor content performance (views, engagement, CTR, watch time, conversion signals) and assist in identifying winning content patterns ▪ Continuously iterate and improve content execution based on performance insights and team feedback ▪ Explore and implement AI-driven content production tools, including AI scripting, voiceover, avatars, editing and other relevant solutions. ▪ Build and optimise AI-assisted workflows to improve content production efficiency and increase creative output. 3. Content Framework Execution ▪ Apply validated content frameworks and creative structures across daily content production ▪ Support the scaling of high-performing formats into repeatable and consistent content outputs ▪ Maintain awareness of platform trends, audience behaviour and evolving content formats 4. Content Project & Administrative Support ▪ Support execution of content projects such as Founder IP, retail store accounts, campaign-based series and product-focused content funnels ▪ Adapt content formats for different account objectives, audiences and platforms ▪ Coordinate with content lead, livestream, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables. ▪ Collect and maintain content performance data, project records, content calendars and other relevant administrative information. ▪ Perform other content-related administrative and coordination tasks as required. 5. Product Photography & Production Operations ▪ Shoot product visual assets including main product images, secondary images, colour/ variant images and model/styling images. ▪ Support product photography according to required e-commerce formats, visual standards and platform specifications. ▪ Assist with product styling, preparation and on-set coordination to ensure efficient shooting. ▪ Set up and operate basic shooting equipment including camera, lighting and audio equipment. ▪ Organise and maintain product assets, raw footage, edited files and other production materials.
