My Town Gender • Open to Male & Female candidates Salary • Based on qualifications and experience Requirements • Minimum 3+ year of experience in a retail supervisory role or relevant retail experience. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage). Roles & Responsibilities 1. Support the Store Manager/Area Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow. 2. Assist in driving sales performance and ensuring team members achieve individual and store targets. 3. Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing feedback professionally. 4. Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and stock accuracy. 5. Prior experience in the retail fashion, accessories, or bags industry is preferred 6. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and in-store promotional activities. 7. Train and guide new joiners and junior team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. 8. Ensure store cleanliness, maintain visual merchandising standards, and uphold attractive product displays. 9. Monitor sales transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling and payment processes. 10. Be available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
