Sg Wang, KL Gender • Open to Male & Female candidates Salary • Based on qualifications and experience Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or accessories retail. • Strong understanding of fashion styling, colour coordination, product presentation, and store layout. • Creative with a good eye for detail and aesthetics. • Good knowledge of current fashion and retail trends. • Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to manage multiple stores and projects within deadlines. • Willing to travel to different retail outlets when required. • Able to work during store openings, promotional events, or outside normal hours when necessary. • Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or other design software is an advantage. • Experience in window display, mannequin styling, POSM, and retail store setup is an added advantage. • A portfolio of previous visual merchandising work is preferred. Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain attractive visual displays for fashion and accessories retail stores. • Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, product layouts, and promotional setups. • Ensure products are displayed according to company brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards. • Create attractive product presentations to increase customer engagement and sales. • Plan product placement, colour coordination, styling, and display themes according to collections and campaigns. • Set up displays for new product launches, festive promotions, seasonal campaigns, and sales events. • Work closely with the Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Store teams to implement campaigns. • Visit stores regularly to monitor visual merchandising standards and provide improvement recommendations. • Ensure mannequins, fixtures, signage, props, and promotional materials are properly arranged and maintained. • Analyse customer traffic and sales performance to improve product placement and store presentation. • Keep up with the latest fashion, retail, and visual merchandising trends. • Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and display guidelines. • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for display materials, fixtures, and • store decorations. • Ensure all displays are completed within the required timeline and budget.
