Working Location: • Batu Pahat & IOI Kulai Job Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily store operations. • Ensure store operations comply with company standards, policies and procedures. • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets. • Analyses sales results and implement strategies to improve store performance. • Recruit, train, motivate and manage store staff. • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews. • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback effectively. • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock records. • Prepare regular reports and coordinate with store and head office teams. • Travel between outlets when required. Requirements: • Proven experience in retail, preferably in fashion and accessories. • Multi-store management experience will be an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Good interpersonal and team management skills. • Sales-driven and target-oriented. • Willing to travel between outlets.
