Working Location: • Central Mall Ipoh & 1st Avenue Penang Job Requirements: • Proven experience in retail fashion and accessories (multi-store experience is a plus) • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Good communication and interpersonal abilities • Sales-driven mindset • Willing to travel between outlets Job Roles: 1. Store Operations Management • Supervise and support daily operations of outlets. • Ensure stores follow company standards, policies, and procedures. • Monitor stock levels, and visual displays. 2. Sales & Performance • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets. • Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities. • Implement sales strategies to boost the store performance. 3. Team Leadership • Recruit, train, and manage store staff. • Motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service. • Conduct staff evaluation and performance reviews. 4. Customer Experience • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Handle customer feedback and resolve issue effectively. 5. Inventory & Stock Control • Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment. • Minimize stock loss and ensure accurate stock records. 6. Reporting & Communication • Prepare regular reports for management and coordinate between store and headquarters.
