Roles & Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service, • Conduct TikTok Live session to close online customer. • Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales events. • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements. • Support both online and retail sales operations, including merchandising and product displays.
