Mighty White as a bakery has come a long way. We have evolved with the times and in taste, but the philosophy has never changed – that is to deliver freshly-baked, honest-to-goodness and delicious bread daily to our retailer’s doorstep. So you can get the best, first thing every morning. We have been established for 24 years and today we have almost 300 trucks distributing fresh bread throughout the nation. What started as a cottage industry has, since 1995, expanded with the company investing in the latest in automated mass production systems and equipment to ensure consistent standards in quality and hygiene. With a high demand for our ready-to-eat bread, buns and confectionary, R&D became the focal foundation of our business where we constantly identify the current needs and wants of our customers, study trending tastes and then creating new products with a conscious mind on affordability, freshness, convenience and quality. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS - At Mighty White, we do not compromise on quality and keep to stringent standards in production. We implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to align ourselves to the highest international food safety and quality standards in production and management.
