Compliance with food safety, the highest quality of food, and hygiene standards at all times. Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items. With Food Hygiene certificate No working experience in the related field is required for thisKeep track of the company's inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. This involves monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and updating inventory records accordingly Accurately enter data related to inventory into computer systems or databases. This includes recording product details, quantities, locations, and any changes in stock status. Monitor inventory levels to ensure that the stock does not run out. Place orders for new supplies when necessary and coordinate with the purchasing department. Process returns and damaged items, ensuring they are properly recorded and dealt with according to company policies. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, warehousing, and logistics, to coordinate inventory movements and maintain smooth operations. Assist with regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with recorded inventory levels.
