'Manage the daily operations of the bakery shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory management. Ensure that the bakery shop is always clean, hygienic, and well-organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted promptly, served efficiently, and treated with respect and courtesy. Manage and supervise the outlet staff, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that all team members are trained, motivated, and productive. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit reports on the bakery's performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory levels, to the senior management team. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of all food safety and hygiene procedures. Age: 17-29
