Job Description - Assist with attending to customer for service matters - Book appointments over phone, online - Liase with HQ on warranty claims and other matters - Communicate with customer on repairs and parts to be replaced - Cashiering and payment - Assist with troubleshooting vehicle problems and test driving - Follow up with customer after servicing - Assist with checking parts order and shipment status Requirements - Possess own transport - Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia - Prior sales experience will be advantageous - Self-Motivated and Disciplined. - Able to work in fast paced environment - Outgoing and Friendly personality Benefits - Performance Bonus - Incentive Scheme - Training Provided - EPF, Socso Included
