Work Location • Eco Botanic Requirements • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position. • Well spoken & writing in English, familiar with Microsoft Project. • Possess own transport, able to visit client place onsite. Job Description • Plan, organize and co-ordinate site activities on a daily basis. • To report the work progress to Sales Manager. • To monitor and organize site supervisor team for the work delivery at site works. • Monitoring to ensure completion of assigned project on time and within allocated budget. • Planning work program of project and monitoring stage completion. • Monitor of Project Implementation Plan of overall works. • To organize project management team to ensure the smooth progress at site. • Monitoring inspections and test are carried out in accordance to the contract specification. • Co-ordinate, review and verified contractor claims. • To liaise with internal Interior Design Team/ Sales Team and Client. • Co-ordinate interfacing Activities works of various sub-contractors. • Liaise with design team, identify design problem and recommend improvement. • Monitoring of progress of work in financial and physical aspect.
