Job Description

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory Job Responsibilities • To compile work reports related to Stocks, Inventory, Logistics, Licensing, Renewals of Insurances and liasing with internal department heads PIC. • To follow up daily jobs execution to make sure follow our SOP and prepare and submit relevant reports on time without delay. • Work closely with internal department head to verify relevant documents and reports. • Monitor weekly / monthly stocks movement and highlight high / low stock level, and oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed. • Able to plan ahead and follow-through, excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Assist inventory management team on paperwork and reporting. • Able to work independently and capable of multitasking. Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving. • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. • Record, filing, updating, archiving information and documents. • To perform clerical work such as matching Goods Received, Goods Returned, Billing, Invoicing etc. • Does any necessary administrative work. Job Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience in administration environment. • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay, both verbal and written. • Advanced skill in MS Office (Words, Excel and Power Point). • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality. • Must have high level of integrity, self-motivation, is proactive, willing & able to work independently and with others as part of a team. • A team player with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. • Independent and able to perform multi-tasking in meeting tight deadlines. • Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role. • Basic accounting knowledge Contact Person: Ms Hon Email Adds: schon@malaysiarice.com
