Job Description

Key Roles/ Responsibilities • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. • Services existing accounts and obtains orders. • establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales report. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. • Ensure Data Submission accuracy meeting 100% compliances. Skills/ Qualifications • Minimum of SPM holder. • Possess strong influences skills with min. selling experience of 2- 3 year • Able to understand customer needs and offer solution to address the market opportunities • Possess strong initiatives and can work independently. • Requirement to perform basic business analysis. • Requirement for computer Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and words.
