Job Responsibilities • To check and ensure all vendor invoices/attachments are matched, update into system. • To prepare payments on weekly and monthly basis. • To update AP outstanding status by month. • Responsible for petty cash claims and reimbursement. • Issue Purchase order for general purchases. • To reconcile AP and GL for prepayment and other debtors. Job Requirements • Min 3 years working experience in finance and accounting, working in FMCG or related environment is an added advantage. • Degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Good accounting skills.
