Responsibilities: • To assist in all matters related to Sales Coordinator. • To assist Export Manager in analysing and planning the customer service-related activities. • Maintain close communication with customers and attend to any inquiry, feedback or complaints on a timely and professional manner. • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year working experience. • Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin or English-speaking clients. • Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point. • Good communication skill and self-starter and able to work independently. • Fresh Graduate in any field is encourage to apply. • Prefer male candidate.
