Job description - Handling customers, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction - Dealing with kitchen and bar to ensure the items ordered are delivered correctly - Receiving and asking for feedback from customers - Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant always - Reporting to duty on time - Doing an inventory of selected items as requested by the Manager / Supervisor - Following operation hours of the restaurant as set by the Management (shift duty) Job Requirements: - Ability to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. - Prior experience will be an added advantage. - Ability to work on shifts and public holidays. - Good personality and punctuality.
