Working Days & Time • 5 days: 8.am to 6pm Working Location • Johor, Bandar Seri Alam Masai Requirements • Local Citizen (Malaysia) • Experience (3 to 5 Year) Benefits • KWSP • SOCSO • Attendance allowance • Annual Leave and Public Holidays Job Description • Handle full set to accounts and payroll and perform daily finance job such as GL, AP, AR, Journal, Bank Transaction, Petty cash • Filing and documentation, prepare SST report & submission • Maintain, posting & recording daily accounting transactions including data entry • Prepare & review sales and management reports such as balance sheet/profit & loss report • Prepare tax computation report & handling the submission of income tax • Perform month end closing / year end closing • Lease with auditor / tax agent / government authority when required • Attend internal / External audit & answer queries • Prepare, perform & deal with bank for any payment transaction • Perform other ad-hoc duty requested & provide general administrative support • Prepare employee expenses bank reconciliation and fixed asset schedule • Handling & dealing with third party for building / vehicle insurance or service & maintenance Requirements • Degree in accounting of professional qualification in accounting i.e. ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent together with MIA membership • Possess valid driving license, own transport and willing to travel • Strong in account management and leadership skills • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in the related field is required for this position • Independence problem solver and proactive in initiating new suggestions improve work process
