Job Description

JD HR Executive - Company Isaromia (1) Term Of Business (2) Job Description  Reporting to Executive Director. Conducting performance and wage reviews. Creating clear and concise reports.  Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and process.  Organize Hiring Process from recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff including branches.  Build an employer brand, improve employee engagement and build strategic talent resources plans. Consistently recruiting excellent staff.  Plan & organize activities & events. (Human Resource related) Giving helpful and engaging presentations.  Assist in performance management and employee evaluation process. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.  Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals. Maintaining a smooth on boarding process.  Support in overall HR needs, programs, and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.  Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures. Training, counseling, and coaching all our staff.  Handle disciplinary cases: - investigate; issue show cause letter, warning letter or termination of service. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.  Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.  Handling workplace/branches investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. (3) Requirements (If Any) 1. Any specific skills needed? (i) Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field. (ii) Have at least 2 years of related experience. (iii) Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on boarding, evaluation, training & development etc. (iv) Good understanding in Labor Law. (v) Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Power Point. (vi) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (vii) Problem-solver, strong ethical standards. (viii) Pleasant personality, self-motivated & team work. (ix) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately (x) Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. (xi) Able to converse and written in Mandarin will be an added advantage. (xii) Experience in educating and coaching staff. (xiii) Ability to give presentations.
