Working Days & Time • Monday - Friday 8am -5pm • Saturday Alternative work 8am-1pm • Male & female can for all position Benefits • Panel Clinic provided • Incentive provided depends to the performance of candidate Business Development Duties And Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. • Conduct product presentations and provide consultants to potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Track and records sales activities to ensure achieving monthly KPI. • Attend networking events to attract and retain clients, representing the company in a professional manner. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes. • Collaborate with management to define and align sales goals with overall business objectives. • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed. • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handing diverse responsibilities and tasks as required by the team. • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data. • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives. • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business. • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline. • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business. • Prepare and submit sales contracts. • Candidate are required for continual improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness of business.
