Working Days & Time • Monday-Saturday (3.00pm) Working Location • Permas Jaya, Masai, Johor Requirements • Experience in home appliances and Audio & Visual repair • GDL License Benefits • Commission • Bonus • Insurance Job Description • Perform on-site and in-house services and repair. • Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is maintained in safe and good running condition for customers. • To attend customers’ equipment breakdown. • In-house support in repairing and servicing electronic products such as washing refrigerators and etc. • In-house support in repairing and servicing AV products such as amplifier, microphone, lighting and etc. • Perform daily administrative function as recording of field problem or updating of service record in system. • Generating daily delivery report and service attend. • Assist at event or project setup & dismantle once needed. • Other ad-hoc duties tasks as directed by Management.
